Delivery Charges
Delivery is calculated at the checkout on the weight of goods sold.
Despatch & Delivery
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please make sure you leave clear instructions when placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee that parcels will always be left as a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, delivery drivers should leave a card to arrange the redelivery of your parcel.
We deliver throughout the UK & Ireland. If you wish to have your order delivered to another country/location, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders are despatched daily, Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 days of placing your order.
During peak busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Promotion Days & Christmas periods) please allow additional days for order despatch & read any site notices regarding despatch times.
All are sent by courier (either FedEx or DHL, depending on your location) and can take 3-5 working days for delivery following despatch. Parcels sent by courier service require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday ,8am to 6pm.
Non Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, the courier should leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange another delivery. If the Courier does not receive a response after 3-5 working days, the order will be returned to The Bottle Jar Store Company Ltd. If redelivery is requested after this, Customers will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
