Delivery is calculated at the check out on the weight of goods sold.
Despatch & Delivery
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour please make sure you leave clear instructions when placing your order – However, we cannot guarantee that parcels will always be left as a signature is required on delivery. If you are unavailable, delivery drivers will leave a card for arranging redelivery of your parcel.
We deliver throughout the UK & Ireland. If you wish to have delivery to another country/location please contact us before placing your order.
We aim to despatch orders within 2 – 3 days of placing your order. Orders are despatched daily Monday to Friday.
During peak busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Promotion Days & Christmas periods) please allow additional days for order despatch & read any site notices regarding despatch times.
Small / lightweight orders are sent by Royal Mail. Royal Mail deliveries will typically arrive within 3 – 5 working days. However, sometimes delays can occur during transit which are out of our control. If you have not received your order within 10 working days we will be able to take action and offer either a re-send or re-fund.
Larger items are sent by Courier and can take up to 3 days for delivery. Parcels sent by Courier Service require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
You can collect your order from our reception area. Please select “Free collection from our offices” during checkout. Please note, you will still be sent a dispatch e-mail – This indicates that you parcel has been packed and is available from our collection point.
If no-one is available to accept delivery of your order the Courier will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange another delivery. If the Courier does not receive a response after 3-5 working days the order will be returned to The Bottle Jar Store Company Ltd. If redelivery is requested after this Customers will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
