Payment & Promotions
Payment is made online by credit / debit card or PayPal at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.
Discount voucher codes are only valid for orders placed online. Only one voucher code is allowed to be redeemed per transaction. Certain voucher codes are unique and valid for a single use only. Voucher codes may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used retrospectively. Discount value applies only to order sub-total.
Acceptance of Order
By completing an online order through our website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept that you are making an offer to purchase goods, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
Cancellation of Orders
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods by advising us in writing. Goods must be returned to us in an unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. As our glass is a food-grade product, it is very important that cancellations are reported as soon as possible.
Once the goods have been received by us, we will refund the monies paid for the goods (less the restocking charge) within 30 days. Please note that we are unable to refund the costs of shipping/posting costs. You are responsible for the return carriage costs for unwanted goods. All items must be returned to us before a refund is issued.
Goods / Faulty / Damaged
Breakages or damaged packaging must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel / delivery. Please take a digital picture of the breakage or damage and email it with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any claims received after 48 hours will not be processed.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 48 hours of delivery, we will either rectify any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
Products may differ slightly from the images shown. All sizes and dimensions of products as indicated on our site are approximate, but we make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the images that appear on our site. However, actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, graphics card and computer settings, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We only deliver to UK addresses via our website. For international delivery please contact us.
Orders are despatched daily Monday to Friday.
We aim to despatch orders within 2 – 3 days of placing your order. Due to the current coronavirus situation and on-going social distancing rules please allow up to 12 working days for your order to be despatched.
During peak busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Promotion Days & Christmas periods) please allow additional days for order despatch & read any site notices regarding despatch times.
All are sent by courier (either FedEx or DHL, depending on your location) and can take 3-5 working days for delivery, following despatch. Parcels sent by courier service require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
If no-one is available to accept delivery of your order the courier should leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange another delivery. If the Courier does not receive a response after 3-5 working days the order will be returned to The Bottle Jar Store Company Ltd. If redelivery is requested after this Customers will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
All damages must be reported to The Bottle Jar Store Company Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of breakages.
Storage of Glass
Before adding hot ingredients to the glass please make sure the glass is stored at room temperature for several hours.
